Payment

Get first. Pay later.

These invoice terms apply between you and this store when you shop for goods, tickets or services and you have chosen to pay by invoice.

When you choose to pay by invoice, Klarna offer you the option to pay 14 days from delivery of the goods or tickets/available dates for the services or digital material. We leave our claim for payment for your purchase to Klarna Bank AB (“Klarna”). Klarna will send you a payment instruction where you will pay directly to Klarna. For contact information and further information about Klarna, please visit klarna.se.

If you have previously chosen to join the monthly invoice service, the invoice will instead be included in your monthly invoice in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable to the monthly invoice.

Pay only after you have received your order

Klarna offers consumers buyer protection, which means, among other things, that you as a consumer do not have to pay for your ordered goods until you have received them, and that Klarna assists you with problems relating to your purchase.

Open purchase / Returns / Right of withdrawal

Slow Fashion Sthlm AB follows the Distance Contract Act and thus you have the right to return ordered goods without giving any reason. You regret your purchase, by within 14 days of receiving your order, notify us and return the item, then we check the item and if approved, we pay the amount you have paid. When you shop with us at vintagehandbagssthlm.com, you thus have open purchase for 14 days after receiving your delivery.

All products must be returned unused and in saleable condition. It is your responsibility that the product arrives in undamaged condition, so make sure the product is well packaged. You will receive a return label with the shipment. The return is not approved until we have checked the item.

Refunds are made as soon as an approved return is received. In the event of an unauthorized return, the item will be returned or a sum corresponding to the loss of value will be deducted and shipping will be charged. Goods returned to us without a valid return number will be returned to you and shipping will be charged.

Returns should be sent as a package, not by cash on delivery. In the case of defective / misdelivered goods, we are responsible for the new shipping from us to you.

If you as a customer have handled the product to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its characteristics or function, this leads to the item being returned being worth less, we are then entitled to deduct a sum corresponding to the item’s depreciation from the amount to be refunded. The reduction in value is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
